Raw Material Traceability
Bamboo Origin：Sichuan Province, China
About The Traceability:
- First,Bamboo Yarn factory collect bamboo from Sichuan province, then make the Bamboo pulp from bamboo, then make the bamboo yarn from bamboo pulp.
- Second, the fabric factory make the bamboo greige fabric from bamboo yarn.
- Third, we purchase the bamboo greige fabric to make the finished bamboo fabric by different colour from dying factory.
- Fourth, we produce the finished bamboo bedding from our factory.
Quality Control
We have 4 QC procedures.
- First, we will test the raw material and inspected the fabric by inspected machine.
- Second, we will inspect the semi-finished product after sewing procedure.
- Third, we will inspect the finished products by our QC department .
- Fourth, we have a individual team will spot check all products after we pack ,and this individual team mainly responsible for our production manager.
Qualifications
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100: We have OEKO Class 1 certification for use in baby products, please see OEKO certification in Catalog.
